I’m so glad you’re here! Parenthood isn’t meant to be navigated alone. I began my career as a Social Worker supporting foster youth as well as working at Child Advocacy Centers. After becoming a mom to three of my own boys, I fell in love with all things babies, birth, & postpartum. I completed training in both Birth and Postpartum Doula work through DONA International, as well as completed Childbirth Education training through ICEA. I'd love to help you experience a supported and prepared entry to birth and beyond.
