Childbirth education classes

I offer both Childbirth Education as well as Postpartum Prep classes virtually via Zoom so that you and any birth or support partners can get the evidence based information you need to feel prepared for the empowered birth experience you desire and deserve. Classes cover topics such as the stages of labor, laboring positions, comfort measures, interventions, breastfeeding and postpartum.

I am also happy to set up in person classes within the Denver metro area!
